Ananda Community in Palo Alto is a 72-unit garden-style apartment with a variety of sizes available,
from studios to two-bedroom townhouses.

There are several shrines in the courtyard for meditation and reflection, which are available for use day or evening. In the gazebo at the right is a beautiful statue of Yogananda, and meditations take place there during warmer weather each day at noon.

Townhouses and downstairs apartments open into small private courtyards that can be used for gardening and sunbathing.

All upstairs apartments, including this large one-bedroom unit, have covered decks which provide an additional 180 square feet of space for living and storage. Palo Alto area weather is mild year-round, with summer daytime temperatures in the 80s and 90s, and winters in the 50's and 60s.
